still having troubles with text, typos and such, so ill post this to prove that i have the part that counts most done.

ok edited with the final version.. like an hour and a half after deadline, a bunch of little issue with the chinese text are now sorted out. but i didnt have room for subtitles in the comic itself which is a shame as i feel that looks better.
thanksfully what foi says for the most part is of little consequence and the choice to write things in chinese was due to the fact that it is part of his character, though he seems to coommunicate just fine with everyone, he is still foreign. also it makes the interaction seema bit funnier.

fois dialogue in order.
*They say the shrine is 400 yeards from sea level.
*That's 1200 feet.
*But 4000 steps at 4 inches....
*That's 1333 feet.
*So atleast one of these figures is wrong.

not quite sure how it reads in chinese as i speak hakka so grammar is a little different.

I thought I commented on this one already. Ah, well. Very nice sequential. It works well as a stand-alone although not without the discription/exposition included.
Great tones. The whole thing is harmonised.

its just gradient fills and basic grey shading, and then i overlay with blue/green on a new layer.
