bah might as well put this down, my apologies if she sounds god modish, ill write in the drawbacks/limitations if you notice anything that sounds bad.

Mal's Specs

Full Name: Malory Egan Grey
Age: For the contest I've got her at about 10/11 years old (hope it shows)

Abilities: Mal is a lightning elemental, however she cant just shoot the stuff out her hands, shes got about as much power as an electric eel, maybe more, so you dont have to be afraid unless you're a fish itll still hurt like hell and probably incapacitate you if she gets a direct hit to your head or your chest. Though she has to make contact to get you.
she can also absorb electrical or heat based attacks to a degree though her clothes might get a bit singed because she hasnt quite got that part down yet.

Being from the Grey devourer Clan she is a wolf in human skin. This isnt really a useful skill though unless she needs to run on all fours. No strength or healing advantages are gained in this form. also shed have no where to put her clothes. The plus side though is a keen sense of smell and hearing.

She favours Krav maga as a combat style, since its designed for disarming and disabling, though knows a bit of soft style martial arts to suplement that.

Equipment: Mal is always well prepared, and keeps a decent assortment of tools to do what she has to do.

Element Tokens: these are used to summon a great deal of elemental fatae , but they are to be used sparingly, there are like 8 rounds to geth thru after all.... (fatae are the force on which the vellian world is based. They are a kind of extremofile bacteria present in all living things and natural surrounds)

fire tokens: will discharge a great deal of heat, causing things to melt/combust/react in whatever manner they are supposed to.

electric tokens: usually as a boost to her own ability, definitely meant to be used sparingly as over use is life threatening. Most common use of electric tokens is as a power boost to use her plasma cannon technique, she needs 2, one for the boost, and one to recharge because shes terribly weak afterwards.

(you get the idea for other element tokens, others available to her are: wind, water, wood and stone)

Spell token: Feather weight: Though she can perform a featherweight spell without the tokens, these have their uses, like trying to move a large obstacle etc. The spell mainly involves invoking the force of the Vell, which makes you seem lighter, and thus can jump high/further and land gently. The drawback is trying to use any force, after all force is mass x accelleration. An experienced vellian will be able to time the intensity of the spell so they can still hit fairly hard or run as fast. (mal cant do this yet)

Token Pins: throwing needles with token strings attatched, used to extend or constrain the area affected by a token.

Drawbacks to token items: Tokens primarilly work by gathering the local Fatae in the air around them, in heavily industrialised areas tokens wil have little effect.

Weapons: Mal usually uses twin daggers, both made of a conductive alloy designed with her powers in mind. They cauterise as they cut.

Weaknesses: Firstly she has issues with silver, being the most conductive metal it messes with her element control, and damages her nervous system if she attempts to use her abilities while caught by a silver chain for example. it will stun the part it touches and cause it to loose sensation for possibly a day at most.

Malory is also a mild athsmatic. it doesnt hinder her too much so long as she isnt exerting herself too badly. up against a speedy oponent, she'll have to end the fight quickly or loose.
A way to counter this is by jaunting using circles and ley lines (natural paths of energy derived from fatae.) this again is limited by industrialisation. roads, an underground works uproot and breach these natural pathways.

I love the action! Very nice panel layout, and the coloring is awesome! It must have taken a while hahaha but it turned out great!

Very interesting. It really grabs you.
